Workshop Who am i?
The sled dog sport can be compared at top level to the business world. The musher or sled dog driver is more than just the boss of the team. He has to behave like a manager of a complex system and he seeks the connection between many individuals. A close-knit team must be formed in which everyone takes their specific task seriously and works enthusiastically on their task.
The limits of mental and physical strength are regularly tested and intrinsic motivation should not suffer from this. As a manager it is important to observe objectively, to always think solution-oriented and to steer positively. After more than a decade of persistence and reflection, our sled dog racing world champion has reinvented himself as an engaging keynote speaker coupled with a live ‘Sled Dog Racing’ experience to connect people with themselves and each other in an entertaining way. Dogs also smell, see & perceive humans much more sensually than we can do.
So, it all starts with who you really are. ‘Who am I ?’, an exciting workshop that takes 1/2 day for a maximum of 20 participants.
